Become a member of the Premier Club, a program with many advantages

If you travel often to Hawaii, the Hawaiian Airlines Premier Club membership will allow you to visit its lounges located at Honolulu International Airport (HNL), Kahului Airport (OGG) and Lihue Airport (LIH). You get priority access to our customer service line, check-in, airport security, and boarding when you become an Elite Member. Lounges offer snacks, drinks, Internet access, and sometimes even entertainment for travelers. Business Class passengers have access to lounge facilities at certain airports in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Booking with Premier Club:

• When contacting Hawaiian Airlines reservations, priority routing and handling may be required.
• Get discounts on flights when booking through Hawaiian Airlines’ website.
• For every Neighbor Island flight, get 500 Hawaiian Miles.

Benefit from priority boarding

You may bring up to 2 people who are flying together on the same airline ticket. You need to show us your membership card before we let you through security. You don’t get any special benefits from becoming a member of Premier Club. You don’t need to be a member of Premier Club to get into The Plumeria Lounge at Honolulu International Airport.

You can renew your annual membership for $50 if you’re already a member of our club.

Can you join the Premier Club without being a Hawaii Miles member?

You must become a HawaiiMiles member before purchasing the membership at the airport. To register for the HawaiiMiles program online or call Hawaiian Airlines reservations. You’ll receive an immediate HawaiianMile account number when you register.

Will you get free tickets if you buy an annual membership when checking into the hotel?

You can use your two free baggage allowances right away and enjoy all the current Premier Club membership benefits. Your Premier Club Membership card will show up on your ticket when you check in for your flight. You can use it to get into the Priority Security Line and the Premier Lounge at the airport before your new Premier Club Membership Kit arrives.

What lounges can you use with my Premier Club membership?

You get access to the premier clubs at locations including Honolulu, Hilo, Kahului, Kona, and Lihue when you become a club member.

If you are staying at the hotel, you may be able to access the Plumeria Lounge using your room key card. Otherwise, you can purchase a lounge pass online for $40, over the phone, or through a front desk clerk.

You’re currently a member of our Premier Club. What benefits are you eligible for?

Everyone who signs up for the Premier Club will get an email from us containing their two free tickets to The Plumeria Lounge at Disney Springs. Active Premier Club members will receive an additional 25 percent off their purchase at Pau Hana Cart when they book flights through Avis or Budget. They’ll also get free access to the discounted rates for drivers who use either company. You must present your Plumeria Lounge Passes to the agent when redeeming them for admission into the lounge.
Anyone who wants to learn how to play piano can benefit from these lessons.

For $20 per person, members get access to The Plumeria Lounge for one visit before leaving on an upcoming Hawaiian Airlines Flight. You must present a valid Hawaiian Airlines boarding pass when checking in online for an upcoming flight on that day. You may not leave until we’re done talking. Valid for travel no later than the time specified on the ticket. The Plumeria Lounge serves free drinks. The legal drinking age in the United States/Hawai‘i is 21 years old. If any guests under age 21 enter The Plumeria Lounge they will not be allowed entry.
