Snowfall: Traffic at New York airports is gradually resuming
New York airports will gradually resume flights starting this week after a heavy snowfall.
New York’s air ports plan to gradually restore air traffic on Sunday morning, which was brought to a virtual standstill on Saturday due to snowfall that hit the east coast of the United States, Trend reports quoting TASS.
“We expect a slow recovery in air traffic from Sunday morning January 30, with a gradual increase [in flights] throughout the day,” said tweets from the two metropolitan airports.
As a reminder, a heavy snowstorm hit the northeastern United States paralyzing air traffic at several airports in the country for more than a week. But the situation seems to return to normal in the future days.
