The program covers discounts associated with travel or transportation services that were never provided or that were never reimbursed as needed. A complaint must be filed with the TCRF more than 12 weeks after the scheduled end date of this excursion. Even the USTOA’s total liability for most possible customer claims with that particular travel provider is limited to $ 1,000,000. The highest amount of any claim that you, the passenger, can make through this program cannot exceed the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the traveling seller, and cannot exceed $ 15,000. A claim must be accompanied by adequate documentation to demonstrate your claim as well as a processing fee of $ 35. Claimants must agree to waive their right to other civil remedies from a hired and registered travel supplier for disputes regarding a sale for which you are submitting a claim using the TCRF.

Does Delta Air Lines have a new cleanliness standard to make travelers feel comfortable and safe when they fly?

Delta is transforming cleanliness expectations at airports and onboard aircraft to deliver a new standard of cleanliness to customers: Delta Care Standard.

Aircraft will be fogged before each flight in the Delta network. The disinfectant used in the misting is immediately breathable and is similar to what hospitals and restaurants use to sanitize. Prior to each flight, aircraft will be cleaned using the same detailed checklist used during overnight cleanings. This state-of-the-art work sanitizes the high-traffic areas that customers want most to be clean, such as tray tables, entertainment screens, seatbacks, armrests and seatback pockets. Spot checks are performed before each flight by a Customer Service Agent and Flight Manager to ensure the aircraft is Delta Clean compliant. They can resolve any issues immediately and have a cleaning crew back on the plane for additional cleaning.

Non-essential items, including Sky magazine, will be removed from seat pockets until further notice. Minimized touchpoints between customers and employees have been implemented, including the temporary transition to essential food and beverage service onboard all U.S. domestic and short-haul international flights, and in our Sky Clubs. Customers will also be offered hand sanitizer at various touchpoints, and surfaces will be disinfected throughout the airport.
