Turkish Airlines unveils US expansion plan
Turkish Airlines has revealed ambitious expansion plans in Europe and the United States. The airline aims to expand its reach by introducing six European cities to its network, three African cities, two Asian destinations, two cities in North America and one in the Middle East.
This airline is still the airline serving the largest number of destinations around the world, providing frequencies to 287 destinations (departing from fifty three airports in Turkey) spread over countries located in four continents.
Turkish Airlines intends to expand its international flight network in parallel with the reinforcement of its fleet which will have to accommodate one hundred and ninety-six aircraft by the end of 2027, including A350-900s, Boeing 787-9s and A321neos.
