Spirit Airlines served its first two flights to Memphis last Wednesday, departing from Las Vegas and Orlando airports.
The two flights serving the Memphis airport took place only a few days after its reopening knowing that it underwent work to modernize its runways and expand its hall.
Spirit Airlines now serves on these two air routes all year round, benefiting from a daily flight by Airbus A320neo with a capacity of 182 passengers.
The schedule of flights served by the low cost airline to the city located on the Mississippi is as follows:
From Las Vegas: Departure flight at 12:05 p.m. Return the next day at 9:44 a.m.
From Orlando: Departure flight at 7:45 am, Return the following day at 6:17 pm.
Spirit Airlines will also operate flights to Memphis from Los Anegels. This link will be operational from June 8, 2022.
On these three domestic routes, the US low-cost carrier will face fierce competition from Southwest Airlines, Frontier Airlines and American Airlines subsidiary American Eagle.
